Roasted-rib is always a popular dish to most of people, no matter covered with flavorful sweet & spicy sauce or deep fry with crispy texture, not to mention how good with beers. I will say it is one of my conform foods for sure. Definitely have to try with this flavor. You won’t regret it. Recommend to all of you guys.

Ingridient 

  • 600g spareribs

  • The portion of salt is 0.9% of the weight of the ribs.

  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper

  • 3-5g paprika powder

  • 1 onion, sliced.

  • 2 green onion, 1 chopped to big pieces. 1 chopped to small pieces.

  • 3 pieces Ginger, minced.

TIME

Prep: 10-15 minutes

Wait: 40-55 minutes

Cook: 35-40 minutes

Total: 85-110 minutes

Guide/Instruction

  • Put spareribs in a large bowl soak with warm water for 20-30m to remove the unpleasant pork smell, you will see the water became white and turbid, then pour out the water. Flush with clean water and dry. Use paper towels to absorb excess water from the ribs.

  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper for 10minutes, and rub with paprika for another 30-45minutes.

    
    
  • Preheat oven to 375F (190C), Put two scoops of hot water on the baking tray to prevent baking too dry, and then put the ribs on the grid which placed on baking tray. Roast for 20-25minutes.

  • Heat up the pan add olive oil, heat the pan for 1 minute, add green onions, fry until green onions are fragrant, then add the sliced onions, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until the onions are soft. And ready for side dish.

  • Put minced ginger and sliced green onion with pinch of salt in a bowl and mix them well. Heat up pan and pour olive oil into the pan. Turn off the heat when the oil is hot. ( you can see the smoke from oil) Drizzle on mixed ingredient. And mix them well.

  • Take out the spareribs from the oven, you can see the ribs covered with caramel color. Place on cooked rice, add onion slices and green onion sauce.
