Ingridient 

  • 2.5 bowls Overnight cooked rice
  • 1/4 pound shrimp
  • 12 dozen clam
  • 1 pound white fish fillet

  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 5 sliced ginger, julienne

Seafood poridge dish is easy and delicious, as long as you have fresh seafood with you, just use the saltyness from seafood, don’t need to add extra salt,  you will create joyful meal for you and your family. It is dish doesn’t require professional cooking skill, you can eat heath and satisfy.

Guide/Instruction

  • Boil a pot of water, and put julienne ginger and clam into boiling water, add 1 tablespoon rice wine.Cook until all the clams open. Then pick up all clams and use the clam soup to cook rice.
  • Turn to medium low or medium heat to rice. Cover the pot halfway to keep the water boiling without spilling. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir the congee a few times during cooking until it starts to thicken.
  • When the congee is cooked, add shrimp and fish fillet. Stir a few times. Turn to low heat immediately. You can add a pinch of salt to taste or not add it. Stir well. And diced green onion for final touch.
