Boil a pot of water, and put julienne ginger and clam into boiling water, add 1 tablespoon rice wine.Cook until all the clams open. Then pick up all clams and use the clam soup to cook rice. Turn to medium low or medium heat to rice. Cover the pot halfway to keep the water boiling without spilling. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir the congee a few times during cooking until it starts to thicken. When the congee is cooked, add shrimp and fish fillet. Stir a few times. Turn to low heat immediately. You can add a pinch of salt to taste or not add it. Stir well. And diced green onion for final touch.
