American-style American pancake have three key ingredients: low-gluten white flour, eggs, and milk. Baking cream batter is usually very slippery and soft. You need to tilt the frying pan at the bottom and spread it on the bottom. There may be some air bubbles when cooking, and the places where the air bubbles will leave some black spots on the white American pancakes that are finally out of the pan. This cooking method does not involve fermentation. Topped with maple sugar or jam and fruit when eating would be delicious by either way.

Sift together flour, salt in a large bowl. Whisk in egg and milk until combined. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour batter or olive oil into hot pan, about 1/4 cup of batter for eachpancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the sides and center of pancakes. Flip and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
