Guide/Instruction

  • Cut the beef into an easy-to-eat size and mix with honey and ginger puree for about 5 ~ 10 minutes. So that can make your beef become tender and delicious.
  • Add olive oil to the pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until translucent and soft. Pour sake, white wine, and water (or broth).
  • Add beef slices when the water is about to start boiling. Make sure the beef pieces are spread out evenly.
  • When the soup start to boil add {Gyudon Sauce}. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes, add the egg, slowly and evenly drizzle the beaten egg over the beef. Cook covered until the egg is done. Or just simply add poach egg would be another option.
  • Place the beef and egg on top of steamed rice, pour the desired amount of cooking sauce, you can add green onion for extra flavor.
