Guide/Instruction
Cut the beef into an easy-to-eat size and mix with honey and ginger puree for about 5 ~ 10 minutes. So that can make your beef become tender and delicious. Add olive oil to the pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until translucent and soft. Pour sake, white wine, and water (or broth). Add beef slices when the water is about to start boiling. Make sure the beef pieces are spread out evenly. When the soup start to boil add {Gyudon Sauce}. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes, add the egg, slowly and evenly drizzle the beaten egg over the beef. Cook covered until the egg is done. Or just simply add poach egg would be another option. Place the beef and egg on top of steamed rice, pour the desired amount of cooking sauce, you can add green onion for extra flavor.
